Industrial Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems How Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems Work UF systems feature variable membrane filtration where hydrostatic pressure pushes solvents by an extremely fine membrane. It blocks suspended particles and large solids while allowing water and dissolved salts of low molecular weight to flow through the membrane. They are used in industrial plants and gray ones and this purification is considered as molecular solutions and it is usually solutions of proteins. Or large particles, and it is similar to an ultrafiltration system, microfiltration or nanoparticle filter, except that it differs in the size of the particles that it blocks. To meet critical vacuum standards, ultrafiltration systems remove solid particles and convert them into multi-action filters and filters.
